I stayed here recently. the location is perfect. It is a short walk to retiro park and a metro station. the rooftop bar has amazing views of retiro park. the hotel had festive charm and a cute atmosphere during christmas.

my room was near the elevator and staircase, so it was noisy around 1 am. the room was dark at 4 pm since it faced the patio. waiting for an elevator took 15 minutes one morning when checking out.

small room loud noise

I found the room i stayed in rather small, especially considering the price. a lack of desk space was apparent. It had only a single armchair and no table for working or dining. opening my suitcase on the floor became necessary because the room lacked a proper luggage rack, i found this inconvenient. furthermore, i could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms.

the location allowed easy exploration. breakfast was plentiful and offered many choices. there was fresh orange juice. staff at the rooftop bar were particularly attentive. the rooftop itself provided a unique experience.

the elevators proved insufficient. i experienced long wait times, especially during peak hours. the room felt cramped, disappointing. the bathroom lacked adequate space. i found the room design less functional than expected.

The hotel staff was very attentive, always ready to assist with any requests, and the front desk provided quick service. I appreciated the sparkling wine offered during check-in. It set a celebratory tone. My room was cleaned daily, and I returned each afternoon to a super clean space. The location proved ideal. Retiro Park was just a short walk away.
